Information that we collect from you
When you visit, or register on www.sum2014.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. We may also collect information about your use of our website as well as information about you by the use of emails or letters you send to us.
During online registration, whilst you will be asked to provide credit or debit card information (including the cardholder's account number, expiration date, and card security code) when registering for SUM 2014, we will not have access to or control of this information. Credit or debit card information will be collected by Barclaycard.
To pay an invoice by credit card over the phone or by mail, you will be asked to provide credit card number, cardholder's name, CVC code, expiration date and the card's billing address. Access to this information is limited to certain authorised individuals only. All credit card information is securely destroyed immediately after payment processing. Spiral Software Ltd does not store the card details in any form. Credit card receipts will only show the card type and up to the last four digits of the credit card number.
Use of your information
Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our website and to complete any registration you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your registration. We will also keep records of those who have requested access to secure parts of our website and use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our products and services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to them or to the site. Where you have consented to us doing so, we might also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by email. If you change your mind about being contacted in the future, please let us know.
Disclosure of your information
The information you provide to us will be held on our computers in the UK and may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside the UK and companies within the Spiral Software group who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you.

Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
